We are looking for professionals who have experience in:
-Out of Network Billing
-Handling insurance payers outside provider contracts
-Claims follow up and denial resolution

🚀 We're Hiring: SNF Medicare Billing Specialist – PDPM
We're seeking an experienced SNF Medicare Billing Specialist with expertise in the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM).

Responsiblities:
• Verify Medicare Part A eligibility & 3-day hospital stay requirements
• Review MDS assessments and validate HIPPS coding for PDPM classification
• Prepare & submit UB-04 (CMS-1450) claims with revenue codes 0022–0029
• Manage electronic claim submission, monitor denials, and reconcile PDPM variable per diem payments
• Ensure full CMS compliance and audit readiness

What You Need:
✅ 2–3 years of SNF Medicare Part A billing experience
✅ Strong PDPM reimbursement & MDS/ HIPPS coding knowledge
✅ Proficiency in UB-04 claim preparation
✅ Experience with MACs and electronic billing systems
✅ RHIT, RHIA, CPC, or CPB certification (preferred)
