A 64 year old man presented with complaints of LBP and weakness in both lower limbs from last 2 months. MRI shows Spondylodiscitis (TB) T10-11. He was operated with kalafong PROCEDURE done . Post Op patient is mobilized on 1st POD .. Pain subsided. Pre Op MRI and Post Op x-rays attached.
