ماں کہہ رہے ہیں فیکٹری میں زکوٰۃ کی رقم تقسیم ہو رہی ہے ہر ایک کو دو ہزار ملیں گے
اگر دونوں کو دو دو ہزار مل جائیں تو چار ہزار ہو جائیں گے، کچھ پیسے ہاتھ میں ہوں گے تو ابو کی دوائی اور چھوٹی بہنوں کی عید اچھی گزر جائے گی،

یہ کہتے ہوے 9 سالہ ماہ نور کی آنکھوں میں خواہشات کی کہکشائیں جگمگا رہیں تھیں
ماہ نور اپنی پانچوں بہنوں میں سب سے حساس تھیں غربت تنگدستی اور چار پائی پر پڑے بیمار باپ کو دیکھ کر ماں کا ہاتھ بٹانے کی کوشش کرتی تھی
سکینہ نے کم سن بیٹی کی فکرمندی دیکھ کر اس کے سر پر پیار سے ہاتھ پھیرا اور بیمار باپ کو خدا حافظ کہہ کر دونوں سائیٹ ایریا میں نارس چورنگی کے قریب کپڑے رنگنے والی فیکڑی کی جانب چل پڑیں یہاں زکوٰۃ تقسیم ہونا تھی
فیکٹری کے گیٹ پر ان جیسی سینکڑوں مجبور اور بےکس عورتیں گیٹ کھلنے کے انتظار میں لائن بنائیں کھڑی تھی
سکینہ بھی 9 سالہ ماہ نور کا ہاتھ پکڑے محو انتظار تھی اچانک فیکٹری کا گیٹ کھلا
مجبور انسانوں کا ریلا فیکٹری کی جانب لپکا ماؤں کے ہاتھ سے بچے چھوٹ گئے
فیکٹری میں جگہ جگہ کھڑا پانی ان بھاگتے پیروں کو مضبوطی دینے سے قاصر تھا
انسان انسان کے پاؤں کے نیچے مسلا جا رہا تھا
بھوک افلاس تہذیب کا پیرہن پہننے سے قاصر تھی
اس بھگدڑ میں سکینہ لوگوں کے نیچے دب کر بےہوش ہو چکی تھی
جب ہوش آیا تو عباسی شہید ہسپتال میں تھی لیکن ماہ نور نہیں تھی اسے خبر ملی کہ اسکی بیٹی اب اس دنیا میں نہیں رہی ہے۔‘
پیروں کے نیچے کچلی گئ
سکینہ کو کیا معلوم تھا کہ ان چند ہزار روپوں کے عوض اپنی بیٹی کو کھو دے گی ۔
ماہ نور کی طرح اس بھگدڑ میں 11 انسانی جانیں بھوک افلاس کو خیرباد کہہ کر اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو گئیں

18ویں ترمیم کے تحت پھر صوبوں کو کھربوں ملیں گے
لیکن کدھر جائیں گے معلوم نہیں
آئیے ہم سب مل کر کوئی کتاب دریافت کریں کوئی آئت کوئی فتویٰ کوئی حوالہ تلاش کریں جو ان 11 خاندانوں کو صبر دے دے
آئیے کوئی ایسا گڑھا، کھائی گھاٹی، قبر کھودیں یہاں ہم اپنا احساس، ضمیر اپنی شرم اپنے سوال دفن کر دیں
