Arjunbhai Manubhai Patoliya, a native of Vadiya in Gujarat, had been living in London for the past few years.

Life had already dealt him a cruel blow; his wife had recently passed away in London. Fulfilling her last wish, Arjunbhai returned to his hometown to perform her final rites, leaving behind their two children in London.

In Vadiya, surrounded by grieving relatives, he completed the besnu and other rituals with a heavy heart. With memories weighing him down and duty fulfilled, he boarded Air India flight AI171 on 12 June 2025 to return to his children, but fate had other plans.

The aircraft crashed, and the man who had come to bid farewell to his beloved, never returned to the children they once raised together.

4 long hour surgery for a fire arm pt with
extensive pelvic hematoma zone 3 with ongoing bleeding .
2 perforation over re**um and 12 perforation over small bowel ,extra peritoneal injury of bladder
Ureter just 2 cm above its entry into.bladder was lacerated ,grade3/4 and DJ stent was placed with vertical closure over stent .
Primary repair for the small gut perforation and sigmoid colostomy for the re**um .2 small pellets were extracted from.re**um and 1 from the small intestine .
With extensive and uncontrollable bleeding in pelvic region over zone 3 later we had to tranfuse 11 to 12 pint of blood after closing and controlling somehow .with long hour surgery pt was put on Vent to make him relax .for a teem there is nothing more satisfaction then to see smile and stability of pt coming back from dangerous zone to routine life :)

Traffic signal is more powerful then our constitution .anyhow many liked him for obvious reason to many for correcting his past blunders if they were :) although it look like he have played a double game.on one side he stirred pdm for no confidence motion against IK and on the other hand advised Chudery Sahiban to stay with khan meanwhile mqm and other parties were asked to follow their own ideas and version that suits them.since 2018 pdm and other parties had serious reservations over his out of box support to khan sb and the government was actually run by him in the words of imran khan .later when khan sb was ousted he was blamed to support pdm and real change come up with freedom slogans.why haven't they had seen when the they were taking political revenge to many ,similarly pdm.with great expectations came to dilute the pollution but solution remained unsolved,puting blame on.pervious government for all the mess and inherited problem is the commen sentence used by all.of them to cover their shortcoming , anyhow establishment have always their role in government but being badly exposed in the last 6 month ,they had always taken the benefits of poltical unrest or you may call it what else they can do if the stubbornness of politician put the country future at stake ,never had seen before so closely the way we all.are looking up the things now ,observing and understanding but their is lack of mutual understanding,its not about us vs them or I vs u its about the future of the nation and that must not be polluted at the individuals wills.
