Here are the tips to help prevent flu and cold.

Avoid close contact with people who have flu or sick. When you are sick, distance yourself from others to protect them from getting sick too.

Use soap or hand sanitizer to stay protected from germs.

Exercise such as brisk walking or running can boost the immune system which likely reduces the risk of getting flu.
𝟓. 𝐄𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥:
Eating healthy and sleeping well keeps strengthens your immune system and better able to withstand infection. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits that offer antioxidants. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
𝟔. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐮 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞:
Vaccines are the best way to prevent the flu. Get the flu vaccine every year with the consultation of general physician or medical specialist. Flu viruses are constantly changing, and new vaccines are developed each year to protect against new strains.
