We operate an established NJ based medical billing company looking for well-versed individuals who can multi-task and cover the aspects of the Customer Service & Sales Representative position.
𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬:
The Customer Service & Sales Representative shall embody the Company’s core values in all aspects of the customer service processes.
Our objective is, as individuals and as a team, to reach and exceed our clients’ goals. He/She shall be responsible for achieving assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives representing one or more of the company’s product offerings in a named account and geographic territory.
𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒅𝒆, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐:
For Support
· Professionally representing our firms when providing support to our clients
· Receiving, documenting, and transferring to the appropriate department all support queries which cannot be solved at first contact.
· Follow up on internal departments and external entities to solve promptly and with quality customer support queries
· Obtain positive reviews and feedbacks at the closure of all support interactions
· Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure support KPIs are achieved on a planned and consistent basis
· Training and mentoring new hires as the department grows
For Sales
· Generating new customer base while retaining current customers
· Presenting promotions while demonstrating outstanding product knowledge
· Assisting customers in the purchase of products and services
· Building relationships and establishing rapport with potential customers
· Sourcing and identifying opportunities to sell solutions into net new and/or existing customers in the assigned geographic territory
· Making initial contact with prospective clients and managing customer relationships until ex*****on of contract
· Identifying cross-selling opportunities within accounts
· Regularly scheduling virtual client meetings or face to face if necessary to follow up on new business opportunities and re-presenting to existing clients the industry changes regarding products or services
· Continually growing revenue base in the assigned geographic territory
· Conducting sales presentations as necessary
· Collaborating with other sales channels and account management
· Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure business growth goals are achieved on a planned and consistent basis
· Training and mentoring new hires as the department grows
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Preferred customer support/sales of healthcare RCM services or technology sales experience
· Preferred medical billing & collection knowledge and experience
· Preferred to be able to demonstrate sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance
· Preferred Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, and upselling existing clients
· Preferred Experience selling into the healthcare market
𝑨𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔
· Requirement for Customer Support: Fluent in oral and written Spanish in addition to English
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge of medical billing/collection practices
· Knowledge of computer programs
· Skill in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner

It requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.

• The pay rate and compensation structure will be finalized in the offer letter for the chosen candidates. The pay rate advertised may be used as a reference.
• Starting at $2,300.00 per month base compensation
• Supplemental Pay: Bonus production pay, Sales Commission pay
