ABA doesn't start with tasks… it starts with connection..it begins with trust & patience. The first 2 weeks at least demands pairing....Pairing & free hand matter's a lot that's not time wasting.
It's giving the child a safe space to explore so trust can build.
People think we're just letting the child do whatever… but this is bonding.
Real learning starts only when the child feels safe.

Negative core beliefs are often formed as a result of specific events or consistent patterns that negatively affect an individual. These beliefs become engrained without much conscious thought or action," Jones tells us. Here are examples of some harmful core beliefs.

I'm not a geed person
I'm not worthy of love
No one loves me
I'm alone, I'm a failure..

How negative beliefs forms..it's a chain of It's a chain of events, thoughts, and beliefs. We experience an event or situation, then it develops thoughts and feelings in our mind, then it turns into positive or negative beliefs, which is called the ABC model."

A - Activating Event (Trigger):
Something happens in our environment that triggers a response. (For example):

- A friend cancels plans at the last minute.

B - Beliefs (Thoughts):
We interpret the event and create thoughts or beliefs about it. These thoughts can be negative, distorted, or unhelpful. For example:

- "They don't care about me."
- "I'm not important to them."

C - Consequences (Emotions and Actions):
Our beliefs lead to emotions and actions. Negative beliefs can lead to negative emotions and harmful actions. For example:

- Feeling rejected, hurt, or angry
- Withdrawing from social interactions or lashing out at the friend

As this pattern continues, these negative beliefs can become internalized and generalized, forming negative core beliefs:

- "I'm unlovable."
- "I'm not worthy of attention or care."
- "People always let me down."

when we hold negative core beliefs about ourselves, others, or the world around us,Negative core beliefs can make you feel unworthy of having a good life.

negative thoughts, self-criticism, and a persistent sense of not being good enough. In turn, negative core beliefs contribute to negative emotions such as sadness, anxiety, anger depression, low mood , insomnia,low self-esteem or shame which can make it difficult to experience positive emotions."
