🌫 "We are more often frightened than hurt; and we suffer more from imagination than from reality.” — Seneca
So much of our pain comes not from what is, but from what we think could be. Our minds, powerful as they are, can become prisons when we let fear, overthinking, and imagined worst-case scenarios take over.
Anxiety, doubt, and fear often stem from stories we tell ourselves — not from actual danger or harm. It's the imagined failures, the 'what ifs', and the unseen futures that drain our peace.
🧠 What if we paused and asked ourselves:
👉 Is this really happening? Or am I imagining it?
When we ground ourselves in the present moment, we reclaim our power. Because the now is rarely as terrifying as our thoughts make it seem.
🕊 Breathe. Let go. Come back to what is, not what might be.
