It has been a common observation that the students of Psychology at Graduate and under-Graduate levels are not exposed to the practical aspects of what they learn in educational institutes. They have difficulties in linking the theoretical aspects of Psychology with their social implications. Furthermore, the knowledge they receive from the institutes is usually limited and students still need to understand more in individual settings. The Professionals' Academy of Psychology is formed (at Rawalpindi, Pakistan) to enable the students in understanding the practical aspects of Psychology in individualized settings.
