A 28 year female patient with a history of repeated watery, yellowish and reddish tinge nip*le discharge for over 1 year was examined and ultrasound was done to detect a lump in bre*st ducts.
She previously visited three Gynaecologists but everyone gave her symptomatic treatment for pain, supplements and even hormonal pills were prescribed without making a diagnosis. Everyone normalized this discharge as something Common and Normal for young girls and females and nothing to worry about.
This lump can be an Intraductal Papilloma or a Carcinoma.
No minor signs, symptoms, variations or differences between breasts and ni***es or the whole chest and armpit area should be ignored.
