An 18 years old male presented with Fracture shaft of femur]. Surgery was successfully performed and managed with Intramedullary Nailing.
Alhamdulillah, the operation went well and the patient is stable in the postoperative period.

A 45-year-old male patient had a fracture of both forearm bones (radius and ulna) due to trauma. Surgery was successfully performed, and the bones were fixed using special plates (DCP) and wires (K-wires) to restore proper alignment and strength.
Alhamdulillah, the procedure went well.
