Assalam Walaikum,
A meeting between the Chairman HECC SGTH Swat / President DNA Swat Mr. Bahar Khan, President HECC SGHT Swat / President Para Medical Class III Association SGTH Swat Mr. Fazal Subhan and respectable Medical Superintendent SGTH Swat Dr. Sharafat Ali along with respectable Nursing Superintendent SGTH Swat Mr. Noor Khan held today at MS Office SGTH Swat.
Different burning issues of RNOs and Para Medical Staff were discussed in detail.
• Shortage of Staff (RNOs) is the most burning issue at present, and was discussed in very detail.
The Medical Superintendent noted all the points regarding shortage of RNOs and assured that the Shortage of RNOs will be fulfilled as soon as possible (INSHA ALLAH).
Furthermore, the MSN (Study Leave) matter was also discussed in detail, and MS Saib stated that we have a huge Shortage of RNOs but he will try to relieve (on study leave) as many RNOs as he can for the MSN Program.
The meeting was very fruitful and ended with vote of thanks.

Todays event:
===========
President DNA swat Bahar khan visited various departments of central wing, SGTH. Along with members of central wing commitee.
The staff greeted the team warmly in every ward, and discussed the following issues.
a) Staff shortage and its effects on work load.
b) Duty shifts mismanagemet due to scarcity of RNOs.
c) hostel related issue in which outsider are residing inside unmarried hostel and creating issues for the legal residents.
d) Doctor's misbehavior in several wards with I/C and staff was reported. Which is indeed effecting the better level of communication among healthcare providers and has negative impact on quality care provision to the masses of swat.
e) model would be devised to utilise Internees as RNOs to meet the shortage of Staff in various Departs. And DNA will lift this issue in sequential meetings with DCNS and lateron with MS sahb.

Provincial Nurses association totally condemns the irresponsible reporting of an anchor associated with a FB page "Da Nan Swat". The Ignorant reporter claims a "ward orderly" misbehaving with some Patients as a Male Nurse. Which is totally an act of stigmatizing the role of a noble profession.
We demand an inmediate withdrawal of video and uploading it in its factual status. Else wise, Immediate necessary actions will be taken against the page. As it has severely hurt the feelings of all nursing officers across the globe.
Attached is the notification of his suspension from services and inquiry being conducted against him, clearly mentioning his designation and name.
