Mental health issues are silently claiming lives in Pakistan.
Depression, anxiety, stress, and untreated mental illness often go unnoticed—until it’s too late.
Many deaths occur not because help doesn’t exist, but because silence, stigma, and fear stop people from seeking it.
Mental illness is not a weakness.
Asking for help is not shameful.
Talking can save lives.
It’s time to break the stigma, educate our communities, and support those who are struggling.
Mental health awareness can prevent deaths.

Disasters=whether natural or man-made pose serious challenges to public health systems. Nurses play a vital and frontline role in disaster management through preparedness, response, recovery, and rehabilitation.
This seminar highlights how nurses:
Provide immediate lifesaving care during emergencies.
Participate in disaster preparedness and planning.
Offer psychological first aid and emotional support.
Promote community awareness and health education.

The 7th semester students of Royal College of Nursing topped the Malakand region in KMU final Exam, and it was due to the hard work, support, and guidance of our esteemed faculty members who were always with their students. To celebrate this achievement, the college's Managing Director, Madam Bibi G, hosted a lunch for all staff members at Bypass Swat Relax Hotel.
