4 days old neonate was presented in critical state with deep cyanosis and poor breathing efforts... He was treated as Neonatal Sepsis. On Assessment he had SpO2 of just 45%. On Echo he Had Severe PAH with small ASD and small PDA. Managed him with pulmonary Vasodilators, he responded well and improved with in 5 days... Discharged him in stable condition with saturation of 94%in room air...
Timely diagnosis and management can save little life ..
