Naveed Alam, another recipient of Excellence in Performance Award serving at FWC Qasba Karyali, has demonstrated exceptional performance in 2024, making significant contributions to community and field work in FP and RH. He successfully facilitated seven contraceptive surgery referrals, including one vasectomy—an impactful step in promoting male involvement in family planning.

His efforts in SBCC were particularly noteworthy, as he effectively engaged marginalized groups, including nomads and Afghan refugees. Naveed’s ability to coordinate with the health department and other stakeholders further strengthened interdepartmental collaboration. In addition to his contributions to FP, Naveed provided supervision for polio campaigns, ensuring thorough coverage and compliance with health initiatives. He also excelled in e-registration of eligible couples. His meticulous record-keeping at the tehsil office underscored his commitment to operational excellence, making him a key contributor to the achievements of Tehsil Population Welfare Office, Sarai Alamgir.
