➡️Periapical Radiographic analysis is very very important in proper ENDO ,if you don't have CBCT in your town!!👍
➡️Found a REDIX ENTOMOLARIS !!🥳

Lower 6 with SAP!!
➡️SINGLE visit endo +resto done!👍
➡️DME done ,first I removed/excavated the caries from distal wall with ULTRASONICS,
THen tried different matrics ,but not found the passage!!🤕
So,I used ARROW wedge for margin elevation with flowable composite,
➡️Then centripetal buildup of proximal wall done with composite,
➡️Using SDR +FIBRE REINFORCED STRIP (something like BIOMIMETIC concept),
Final resto with composite!!!!👍♥️

➡️While trying to locate the mesial canals orifices, accidentally done PERFO !!🤕

➡️Same issues: hyperactive tongue, thick salivation ,and GAG issue!!😫
➡️Patient was not willing for extraction!!

➡️Shallow buccal and lingual vestibules,
➡️Gag and hyperactive tongue!!😩
➡️💡 For me ,no RUBBER DAM,no ENDO!!!
➡️AND then LOWER 7 with C-SHAPED anatomy!¡😓😓

Upper 7 with LARGE distal proximal cavity!
➡️Severe sensitivity to cold and hot!🥵
➡️Single visit endo done.
➡️Tried to done DME,still couldn't make the tight seal on distal wall,below the CEJ 🥺,ended up some overhangs🤫

Upper 6 with SAP( large carious lesion from distal wall)!
➡️2Visits endo done ,
➡️Previously had a crown with improper margin on distal side .Slowly progressing to PULPITIS and then SAP.👀
➡️FIG 4&5 for mesial cone fit confirmation!🤔
➡️ After a long session of irrigation protocol,I used BIOCERAMIC sealer and SINGLE CONE obturation!,♥️
