Dr Asjad Saleem is founding member of YDA SARGODHA Chapter back in 2014. His struggle valour ,gallant approach and bravery is unprecedented in last one decade
His tireless efforts makes SARGODHA chapter one of the most vibrant area of organisation. He is torchbearer of brotherhood at SARGODHA and served as General Secretary of local cabinet in 2016 and currently is working as Patron in Chief of YDA SARGODHA.

Another day. Yet another security lapse. Doctors and staff being beaten by the attendants of the patients at DHQ Sargodha.

This is Pakistan where there is no law. You are 17th grade or above but you are directly dealing with the uneducated lot. You are vulnerable. You ate at the verge of death 24/7. Lucky are those who had left this country or are ready to go.

Here no one will rescue you. Those rascals will come to beat you and they will be in numbers while you are not trained because you have been studying your whole life. But for what?? Yes for underpay, for being beaten up by the devils, thrown into the hands of lawyers, get termination for not being obeyed to the DCs and commissioner, get suspension for not following the orders of local chairman/MPA/MNA and for not saving the life if terminally ill patient.

پنجاب حکومت کے ہاتھوں صحت کے شعبے کا بیڑہ غرق ہونے کے خلاف ڈاکٹر شعیب نیازی صدر YDAP نے ڈاکٹرز اور مریضوں کے حقوق کی جنگ لڑنے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے تحریک کا آغاز کیا جس کے پہلے مرحلے میں پنجاب بھر کے اہم سرکاری ہسپتالوں کے ڈاکٹرز نے مرکزی شاہراہوں پر زبردست پُرامن احتجاج ریکارڈ کروایا

اس اتحاد سے بوکھلاہٹ کا شکار حکومت نے بجائے مذاکرات کا رستہ اپنا کر مسائل کا حل کرنے کے ، وکٹمائزئشن کو بطور آپشن اختیار کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا اور ڈاکٹر شعیب نیازی کی ٹریننگ معطل کرنے ہوئے انتہائی بھونڈا اور بےبنیاد الزام لگا کر انہیں سپیشلائزڈ ہیلتھ کیئر میں رپورٹ کرنے کا حکم دے دیا

اس بدترین نوٹیفکیشن کی YDAP بھرپور مذمت کرتی ہے اور جلد ہی اپنے لائحہ عمل کا اعلان کرے گی اور یقیناً ڈاکٹرز کمیونٹی کی پنجاب بھر میں سب سے توانا آواز پر لگائے گئے اس گھٹیا چارج کو حکام کے ہاتھوں سے ہی واپس کروائے بغیر اطمینان سے نہیں بیٹھے گی

*پرائمری و سیکنڈری ہیلتھ ڈپارٹمنٹ کے ہاتھوں نظامِ صحت کا کھلواڑ جاری*

وزیرِ اعلیٰ صاحبہ کی ہدایت کی روشنی میں پرائمری و سیکنڈری ہیلتھ ڈپارٹمنٹ نے میڈیکل آفیسرز کی سلیکشن کیلیے نئی پالیسی مرتب کرنا شروع کردی ہے جس کے مطابق MOs/WMOs کا انتخاب اب مئی کے آخر میں آنلائن پورٹل سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں کے بعد انٹرویوز کے نتیجے میں"لوکم" کی بنیاد پر ہوگا اور تنخواہ کا تعین کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر کیے جانے کا امکان ہے جبکہ(کنٹریکٹ یا ایڈہاک کی بنیاد پر ڈاکٹرز کی تقرری اب سے نہیں کی جائے گی)

وائے ڈی اے پنجاب اس تمام عمل کی بھرپور مذمت کرتی ہے اور اسے صورتحال کو پیچیدہ بنانے کے مترادف قرار دیتی ہے جہاں ایک طرف تو پسند نا پسند اور رشوت و سفارش کی بنیاد پر تقرریوں کا نیلام گھر سجنے کا اندیشہ ہے تو دوسری جانب اس طرح ہونے والی انڈکشن پوسٹ گریجویٹ ٹرینیز کے کیریئر پر بھی براہ راست اثرانداز ہوسکتی ہے۔اس سلسلے میں YDAP حکومت کو متوجہ کرتی ہے کہ نظام میں تجربے کے نام پر نت نئی پیچیدگیاں پیدا کرنے کے بجائے حکومت پہلے سے موجود سسٹم میں اصطلاحات پر توجہ دے اور بہانے بہانے سے ڈاکٹرز کی کمائی ہتھیانے والے قانون لاگو کرنے کے بجائے بیروزگاری کا شکار ڈاکٹرز کی تعداد کے مطابق روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کرنے پر دھیان دے
بصورت دیگر YDAP بڑے پیمانے پر کمیونٹی کے حق کیلیے موثر آواز اٹھانے کیلیے ہر حد تک جائے گی
