Helping wave Psychological Services You can receive psychological services like Counseling sessions regarding your Mental illness. I am Mahwish Aslam and I am a clinical psychologist.

I hold a Master Degree in clinical psychology from university of Lahore (Punjab, Pakistan).My divers professional experience make me specialist in counseling and talk therapy. I have therapeutic expertise to deal with different mental issues like depression, Anxiety, Stress & Anger Management, Mood Stability, Trauma & PTSD, Adjustment Difficulties, Life Transitions, Panic disorder, Grief, & Loss, School work & Career issues, Low Self-esteem, social anxiety, Seasonal Affective disorder. Moreover providing psychological & Psy-Educational evaluations for children with Learning Disabilities & ADHD. As I am clinical psychologist my approach is non-directive, emphatic, genuine and compassionate. Maintaining the privacy of my client is my utmost priority. Moreover I understand and accept my clients without any judgment which helps them to learn and gain inner validation and lower their critical voice. I provide online counseling sessions only. For online counseling I use Imo, Zoom and WhatsApp as my medium of communication.The duration of session is 45 minutes.
