In January 2025, Chiraghdin Community Health Centre (CCHC) provided 1,696 patients with essential medical care, including 435 new patients and 1,261 follow-ups. From OPD visits and vaccinations to eye care, lab tests, and screenings, we are committed to accessible and quality healthcare for all.

Since January 13, 2022, we have served 41,884 patients and enrolled 243 individuals in Hepatitis C treatment—making a real difference in lives every day!

Chiraghdin Community Health Centre Sialkot in collaboration with the District Health Authority held a vaccine outreach program in Mohalla Imam Barghah Wala and Bilal Pura in UC Muzaffarpur, Sialkot.

💉 A total of 57 children received their scheduled EPI immunizations, ensuring protection from avoidable infections.
👩‍👧‍👦 Mothers were also educated on the critical role of timely vaccinations for their children's health.

Together, we are creating a healthier and brighter future for our children! 🌍💚

On December 29, 2024, Chiraghdin Community Health Centre and Surriya Shafi Dental Clinic organized a free health camp in Vinjal Village, 17 km from Sialkot.

The camp served 316 individuals, offering free eye checkups, hepatitis screenings, and dental examinations. Of these, 115 received general medical consultations, 104 received eye screenings, 35 underwent dental exams, and 62 were screened for hepatitis. Seven individuals were diagnosed with Hepatitis B or C and referred to CCHC for PCR sample collection and treatment. Follow-up care and treatment were encouraged for all patients.

IPAC presents a progress snapshot for Chiraghdin Community Health Centre for the month of November 2024.

With the total patient count since inception closer to approaching almost 40,000 patients, CCHC served 1631 patients last month, where we reinstated our promise to provide the local community with all the health facilities under one roof.

On November 23rd, 2024, Chiraghdin Community Health Centre and Surriya Shafi Dental Clinic organized a Free Community Health Camp (CHC) in Chak Santhal Bajwat, a remote village in Sialkot district.

The camp provided free medical and hepatitis screenings, along with dental checkups, serving 130 individuals. Out of these 65 received general medical checkups, 22 underwent dental checkups, and 8 were diagnosed with Hepatitis B and C.

Patients were encouraged to visit Chiraghdin Community Health Centre and Surriya Shafi Dental Clinic for regular follow-ups and treatment.

🎗 Breast Cancer Awareness Seminar

On October 23, 2024, Chiraghdin Community Health Centre in Sialkot hosted an awareness seminar to educate women about breast cancer.

Dr. Seema Aslam, WMO at the centre, led an insightful session on breast cancer awareness, focusing on early detection, self-exams, and the importance of routine mammograms. Participants explored how early detection can save lives and learned about global trends in breast cancer.

Chiraghdin CHC continues to serve as a vital hub for community health, promoting preventive care and education for all. The event ended with refreshments and the National Anthem.
