A Halfway House is an active rehabilitation treatment program running throughout the day, where the residents receive intensive individual and group counseling for their substance abuse where they start a sober supportive life, Residents stay for one to six months. Once known as a halfway house, sober living and the heading of recovery residence seeks skills-based rehabilitation for reintegration back into our society. The following are the benefits of living in a halfway house during rehabilitation. Teaches clients that the primary goal is full recovery from drugs and alcohol. Homes add depth to recovery. Teaches accountability and responsibility to family, friends, coworkers & employers. What courses are being offered?

WHO appeals to leaders and citizens the worldwide to take action toward addressing inequalities that bar the realization of the end of AIDS and to assert the right to health of all.
The world can end AIDS as a public health threat by 2030.On1st December WHO joined partners and communities to commemorate World AIDS Day 2024.

An awareness session about Drug Addiction was conducted by Psychology Department University of Management & Technology UMT Lahore. Guest Speaker Dr. Muhammad Riaz delivered a comprehensive Lecture to the Students of BS Psychology.
Akmal Ovaisi Pirzada, Chairman, Civil Society Network Lahore Pakistan was the Chief Guest.
This session presided under the Supervision of Dr. Hina Associate Professor of Psychology & Ms. Sania, Lecturer, Clinical Psychology UMT.
A large number of Students participated in the training session.
