Congratulations To Farooq e Azam Awan one of the youngest Certified International Behavior Analyst in Pakistan, who passed his Exam today, I yelled at him and he was calm and consistent and that made him win this race. He passed the exam and has written a Heart felt note to everyone.taking the exam and BASES.

"Assalamu Alaikum and a heartfelt thank you to the entire BASES team!
Alhamdulillah, I’m honored to share that I passed the IBA exam with a 91% score, and at just 24 years old, I may be among the youngest certified International Behavior Analysts in the world. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional training, guidance, and support I received from BASES, which truly shaped this journey for me.
Many have asked what helped me the most in preparing for the exam, and I believe the answer lies in a combination of factors:
In-depth understanding of every topic: I made sure to study each and every concept in detail — not just superficially, but deeply, until I could apply it confidently.
Practical application: Throughout my training, I had the opportunity to work with a majority of clients from Shifa International Hospital, which gave me the chance to implement principles in real-world scenarios, strengthening my clinical judgment.
BASES classes, notes, and mentorship: The quality of instruction, case discussions, and practical assignments at BASES provided a solid foundation that went beyond theory.
Consistency and dedication: I didn’t aim to just “pass” the exam. I aimed to master it. Every practice quiz, every page of notes, every hour of fieldwork mattered.
To those preparing for their own journey: Don’t rush. Take time to build true conceptual clarity, seek supervision, ask questions, and most importantly, believe in the impact this field can make in people’s lives.
Thank you once again to everyone at BASES who played a part in this success. I hope to continue learning and contributing to the field of behavior analysis with passion, excellence, and purpose.

Today, our children joyfully celebrated Eid with various engaging and heartwarming activities at the clinic.

The day began with a fancy dress show, where each child confidently showcased their attire with smiles and excitement. This activity helped build self-expression and confidence.

We then enjoyed a shared lunch, promoting sharing and togetherness. The children sat together, exchanged meals, and bonded over delicious food.

A beautiful moment followed when the children gave each other warm hugs and said “Eid Mubarak,” spreading love, friendship, and happiness.

A colorful mehndi and bangle stall was set up, allowing the children to choose their favorite bangles and get beautiful henna designs, which added to the festive spirit.

To encourage self-confidence, each child had a solo photo taken, which was then placed in a decorative photo frame as a keepsake and a reminder of their special moment.

The children also participated in a creative art activity, where they pasted wool and shapes on a sheep picture, symbolizing kindness and love for animals in the spirit of Eid-ul-Adha.
It was a joyful and meaningful celebration filled with smiles, learning, and lots of love.

Ms. Arooba shared valuable insights and real-life experiences, shedding light on the importance and use of AAC for individuals with communication challenges. 💬

The session was attended by therapists from various departments as well as parents, making it an enriching experience for all. 👩‍⚕️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
