In this context it is realized that a professionally managed technical & safety Institute is required to develop and produce technically knowledgeable and skilled manpower who can easily meet prerequisites of international market. To serve our nation We have established “Multi Discipline Technical Development Center” (MDTDC) in Sialkot, Pakistan with explicit purpose of developing skills, knowledge and competency among the workforce especially in the Oil & Gas Industry where we need to target the global market by boosting the caliber of our students to be selected in their desired vocation without hassle. Our prime mission is to develop a channel for the organized outflow of Pakistan manpower targeting Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Middle East and Europe/Western market in general. The sudden upsurge in the economic activity of that region through the discovery of oil and subsequent development of industry gave a further boost to the MDTDC philosophy.
