Pain Pattern Mapping – Understanding the Source of Your Pain

🔹 Pain 1 – Cervical Spine:
10/10 continuous neck pain. Medications reduce pain to 2/10. Chin retractions provide short-term relief.
🔹 Pain 2 – Medial Border of Scapula:
Constant pain that worsens (5/10 → 10/10) with cervical rotation and neck movements.
🔹 Pain 3 – Arm & Fingers:
Pins and needles traveling down the arm to the 4th and 5th fingers. Appears when scapular pain is aggravated.
🔹 Pain 4 – Jaw/Toothache:
10 days of severe tooth pain due to infected root canal. Multiple dental visits; prolonged sitting with neck extended and jaw held open worsened symptoms.
