گلی نمبر 7، پاکپورہ کے رہائشی چوہدری علی حسین حافظ ناصرعبداللہ کی جانب سے ہمیں ایک ویڈیو میسج موصول ہوا ہے جس میں انہوں نے اپنی گلی کی موجودہ صورتحال پر شدید تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔

ان کے مطابق، یہ گلی پہلے علاقے کی صاف ستھری گلیوں میں شمار ہوتی تھی، مگر اب حالات کافی خراب ہو چکے ہیں۔ جگہ جگہ کچرا پڑا ہے اور صفائی کا کوئی مؤثر انتظام نظر نہیں آتا۔ انہوں نے خاص طور پر SWMC کے عملے پر بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ فیس یا پیسے لینے کے لیے تو وقت پر آ جاتے ہیں، لیکن عملی کام میں لاپرواہی دکھائی جا رہی ہے۔ بعض اوقات تین تین دن تک گھروں سے کچرا نہیں اٹھایا جاتا، جس سے نہ صرف ماحول خراب ہوتا ہے، شدید بیماریاں پھیلنے کا خدشہ ہے بلکہ رہائشیوں کو بھی شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔

انہوں نے مزید اپنے میسج میں کہا ہے کہ یہ مسئلہ صرف ایک گلی تک محدود نہیں ہونا چاہیے، بلکہ اس پر فوری توجہ دی جانی چاہیے۔ علاقے کے عوام باقاعدگی سے ٹیکس ادا کرتے ہیں، اس لیے یہ ان کا حق بنتا ہے کہ انہیں صاف ستھرا ماحول فراہم کیا جائے۔

چوہدری علی حسین نے مقامی حکومتی نمائندوں اور متعلقہ اداروں سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ اس مسئلے کا فوری نوٹس لیں اور صفائی کے نظام کو بہتر بنائیں تاکہ علاقے کے رہائشی سکون اور صاف ماحول میں زندگی گزار سکیں۔

یہ صرف ایک فرد کی آواز نہیں بلکہ پورے محلے کی پریشانی کی عکاسی ہے، جسے سنجیدگی سے لینا ضروری ہے۔

Thanks to Sialkot Waste Management Company, Govt of Punjab and DC Sialkot for cleaning the garbage in Pakpura. Today, we are sharing the clean images of our streets in this post. It is good to see our area looking fresh and tidy again.

We truly appreciate the efforts of the cleaning staff and the department for responding to the issue. Your action has made a clear difference.

At the same time, we would like to request the concerned authorities to make the system stronger and more regular. Many people do not have proper space in their homes to store garbage for many days. Therefore, garbage collection should be done regularly and on time. A proper door-to-door collection system from each and every home, or any better organized method, should be arranged so that waste does not remain on the streets.

Moreover, we would like to request all residents of Pakpura to please avoid throwing trash on roads, empty plots, or street corners. Cleanliness is not only the duty of the authorities — it is also our shared responsibility. If we keep throwing waste openly, the problem will return again.

Let us work together — authorities and residents — to keep Pakpura clean on a regular basis.

This post is being shared on behalf of the residents of Pakpura. Since morning, many people from different streets of our muhalla have been sending pictures and asking us to raise this issue publicly. The condition you are seeing in these images is not from one corner only — garbage is lying in different places across the area.

Trash remains on the streets the whole day. Waste bags are torn open, spreading dirt everywhere. The smell, flies, and mess are creating serious problems for families, children, and elderly people. Sadly, this has now become a normal routine. Pakpura is starting to look like a basket of garbage, and this is very painful for all of us who live here.

We respectfully request the concerned government departments and SWMC to please take immediate action. Garbage should be collected on time, and regular cleaning must be ensured. A proper schedule should be followed so that this situation does not repeat again and again. Cleanliness is not a favor — it is a basic right of every citizen.

We also appeal to the political workers and representatives of all parties in our area. This is not about politics. This is about our streets, our homes, and our children’s health. We request you to raise this issue with the concerned authorities and help ensure regular cleanliness in Pakpura.

The people of Pakpura are united in this request. We want a clean, healthy, and respectable environment. We hope the authorities and community leaders will take this matter seriously and respond with practical action.
