QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be MBA (HRM) or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from HEC recognized University.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:
Preferably over 03 Years of experience of HR management in a renowned Public or Private University of Pakistan.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process all cases related to induction of Permanent Faculty Members, including Adjunct FMs and those on TTS/ IPFP contracts, Officers & Staff.
- Process all cases related to promotion of FMs and conduct FMs Promotion Board.
- To update all digital record related to promotion software and HR Information System (HRIS) software.
- Updating of dossiers/ record of employees.
- Prepare & Process miscellaneous HR cases for approval.
- Any other tasks assigned by DHR.

NOTE:
Candidates having degrees from HEC recognized National/International Universities are eligible to apply.
