How to protect yourself from heat stroke during hot summer.
1)Avoid too much exposure to sun from 10 AM to 3.30 PM.
2)wear sunglasses, cap or use moist cloth on your head when going outside.
3)Use plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
4)For those who are working outside use lemon+salt water.
5)Consume foods which are cool by nature.
6)Plan to plant a herb/shrub or tree to cope with global warming and pollution.
7)Take at least 2 to 3 times bath a day during hot day.

If you are not hypertensive then use rehydrated salt(O.R.S) during diarrhea to maintain electrolytes equilibrium within your body.

As Diarrhea is a common problem during summer season in Pakistan
If you are suffering from diarrhea,then use 2 capsules of loperamide formula(Imodium) initially and then one capsule after each loose stool but should not exceed 6-8 capsules within 24 hrs.
If your problem does not resolved within 24 hours then go to nearby Pharmacy or contact with your health care provider.
