Dr. Muhammad Kashif Nadeem (CEO) Toba Tek Singh visited the MNHC to review the provision of healthcare services as per the vision of the Govt of Punjab. Worthy Dignitary also assessed the provision of medicines and diagnostic services around the clock.

Cheif Executive Officer Toba Tek Singh also assessed the availability of vaccination for the protection of children.
Cleanliness was found satisfactory.
• Medicines were available and provided to patients.
• Patients expressed satisfaction with healthcare services.

During the inspection of the Clinic on Wheels, it was observed that all staff were present and a sufficient stock of medicines was available.
The camp was established at Union Council No. 81, Tehsil Pirmahal to provide on-spot medical check-ups, diagnostic services, and curative treatment under the supervision of qualified Medical Officer. Dr. Kashif Nadeem, Chief Executive Officer of the District Health Authority (DHA) Toba Tek Singh, conducted an official visit to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Pirmahal today, July 26, 2025. The visit aimed to assess the quality of healthcare service delivery and ensure compliance with the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) as envisioned by the Government of Punjab.
During the visit, Dr. Kashif Nadeem, accompanied by Medical Superintendent Dr. Haroon Majeed, thoroughly inspected the Emergency Department, indoor wards, and the medicine store. The inspection focused on evaluating the availability and proper utilization of medical resources, staff performance, and the overall functionality of key hospital departments.

In order to provide quality medicines to the public, Provincial Inspector of Drugs, Tehsil Kamalia, Distt TT Singh, inspected various Point of Sales Medical Store/Pharmacies/ Distrbution.
Stock seized from 2 premises in various contraventions of Drug Act 1976/Drap Act 2012 & rules framed thereunder.
The cases have been forwarded to District Quality Control Board TT Singh for further proceedings.

The camp was established at Union Council No. 28, Tehsil Toba Tek Singh to provide on-spot medical check-ups, diagnostic services, and curative treatment under the supervision of qualified doctors.
This initiative is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to ensure accessible and quality healthcare services at the grassroots level.

Dr. Kashif Nadeem, Chief Executive Officer of the District Health Authority Toba Tek Singh, paid a visit to DHQ Hospital Toba Tek Singh on July 24, 2025.
During the visit, he inspected the Parking Stand, Hospital Canteen, Laboratory, and X-Ray Department to assess the availability and utilization of resources, as well as the delivery of healthcare services in line with the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) and the vision of the Government of Punjab.
He issued specific instructions to:
• The Parking Stand to prominently display the approved rate list.
• The Hospital Canteen to ensure the availability of standard food items and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• The Laboratory to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and to maintain proper records of kits, indents, and expenses.
Dr. Kashif Nadeem also checked the staff attendance register. All staff were present at their respective duty stations at the time of inspection.
The respected CEO was accompanied by Medical Superintendent Dr. Shahbab Alam and HR representative Mst. Humaira. He also interacted with patients and members of the general public to gather feedback regarding the quality of services being provided.
