**Tuba Seven Times!**

Narrated by Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Tuba for the one who sees me and believes in me, and Tuba seven times for the one who did not see me and believes in me." Narrated by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad.

• Tuba: It is the name of Paradise or a tree in it, and it is said to represent a good state and a pleasant life.

Whenever I hear this hadith, my love for the Prophet ﷺ increases, as he made a supplication for me seven times even though he does not know me or my situation and shortcomings.
This supplication is not because I am better than those who saw him, but rather because I am weaker than them. I need the supplication for success, steadfastness, and peace of heart in a time when trials have multiplied, afflictions have increased, knowledge has diminished, and sincere, advising friends are rare. So, O Allah, send peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family, keep us steadfast on his Sunnah, and unite us with him in the Gardens of Bliss.

Mental health is more important than physical health. It can destroy you from the inside but you can't show it to anyone. Because no one can see it with their eyes. This pain can change your whole life and even your mindset. Everyone who suffers from this pain in their life knows how dangerous and painful it is. That's why it is important for us to be happy with everyone as far as possible.

Seek forgiveness if you hurt someone, keep no jealousy towards anyone. Be busy with productive work, focus on your goal in life, and help people around you. Pray a lot. Remember, if you ever become sidetracked from your path, you won't reach your goal.

Never abandon your prayer. There are millions in their graves who would give anything to return for just one more Sujood (prostration). They now realize the value of what they neglected, but it’s too late.

Allah describes their regret:

‎وَأَنفِقوا مِن ما رَزَقناكُم مِن قَبلِ أَن يَأتِيَ أَحَدَكُمُ المَوتُ فَيَقولَ رَبِّ لَولا أَخَّرتَني إِلى أَجَلٍ قَريبٍ فَأَصَّدَّقَ وَأَكُن مِنَ الصّالِحينَ
And spend [in the way of Allāh] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I could give charity and be among the righteous." (Surah Al-Munafiqun: 10).

Take advantage of the time you have now. Pray, remember Allah, and be among those who seize every moment to draw closer to Him. Don’t wait until regret becomes the only option.

Tiring but still have to do it.

Some people commit sins and then make excuses or convince themselves it’s not a big deal, in order to avoid feeling guilty.

However, on the Day of Judgment, those excuses and lies will be meaningless, and the truth will be revealed.

Therefore, instead of lying to ourselves, we should be honest, take responsibility for our actions, and seek Allah’s forgiveness.

True success lies in seeking Allah’s forgiveness and making an effort to correct our mistakes, rather than pretending they don’t matter.

Allah ﷻ says:
انظُر كَيفَ كَذَبوا عَلى أَنفُسِهِم وَضَلَّ عَنهُم ما كانوا يَفتَرونَ
Look how they lied to themselves, and whatever they used to fabricate strayed away from them. (Surah Al-Anaam: 24)

Social media today has reached an unprecedented level in human history in terms of its speed of disseminating information.

A righteous word shared can spread far and wide, bringing you rewards from across the globe and becoming a source of endless reward.

But a sinful word can also spread just as quickly, and its burden and regret may follow you until the Day of Judgment.

Your platform is your responsibility. Share words that benefit, inspire, and draw you and others closer to Allah.

Your words travel the world, choose them wisely!

Yesterday we had a ruqyah case of near separation between a husband and wife. We did ruqyah on them.

Today the sister called us and thanked us as both husband and wife started loving each other.

This is the power of Quran.

This morning at Fajr in Chicago, I met a man from Gaza who managed to get out 6 months after the genocide began. He had one son here that brought him, and the rest of his kids and grandkids (and many other family members) are in Deir Balah. Many are dead.

He came and sat next to me and his voice quivered with anger and sadness as he wept. He prays 5 times a day in the masjid here and I saw no one else speak to him. There are people in our communities wounded physically and emotionally by this. We have a few in our local community like 7 year old Adam who is the cousin of Shaaban and has lost his own leg. Please shower these people with love and support (not selfies) when you find them.
