The demand for skilled labor is vital for all aspects of Construction, Maintenance, operations etc and considered as remarkably high throughout the world whereas the availability/ supply is meager due to absent resources for many reasons. In this context it is realized that a professionally managed technical & safety Institute is required to develop and produce technically knowledgeable and skilled manpower who can easily meet prerequisites of international market. To serve our nation We have established “Multi Discipline Technical Development Center” (MDTDC) in Sialkot, Pakistan with explicit purpose of developing skills, knowledge and competency among the workforce especially in the Oil & Gas Industry where we need to target the global market by boosting the caliber of our students to be selected in their desired vocation without hassle. Our prime mission is to develop a channel for the organized outflow of Pakistan manpower targeting Oil & Gas Industry especially in the Middle East and Europe/Western market in general. The sudden upsurge in the economic activity of that region through the discovery of oil and subsequent development of industry gave a further boost to the MDTDC philosophy. MDTDC possesses team of professionally skilled staff & trainers having hands-on experience to deliver technical & safety training confidently.

Mr. Ali Rehman Khalid from Qasim Ali Shah Foundation recently interviewed Mr. Usman Javed, Regional Head of Direction Education Network. In the interview, Mr. Usman introduced Mr. Shabbir Jaffar, the founder and Managing Director of the organization, highlighting his extensive background in school development, publishing, and educational resources development.

Mr. Usman discussed the organization's significant contributions to educational solutions, including the establishment of various school chains such as Direction Schools, Ikhlas International Schools, and Direction School of International Studies, and the teacher training division titled Enlight - Global Centre for Teacher Education. He also emphasized the organization's innovative initiatives in artificial intelligence, particularly the development of an AI curriculum and the dedicated program called Direct Tech, which operates under the DEPTH Publications umbrella.
