Detailed counseling was provided to the patient and attendants regarding the diagnosis, prognosis, and the need for surgical removal of the infected eye, followed by prosthetic eye implantation. All aspects of the procedure, including risks, benefits, and postoperative expectations, were clearly explained.
The surgery was successfully performed by Dr. Noor Hassan (Ophthalmologist), and the patient is now stable in the postoperative period.
