How to loose or gain weight without diets and workouts. Why diets and excersises don't always work.
Everyone who ever had problems with gaining or loosing weight was most probably troubled by this simple rule: why some people can eat what they want and have great body & health while other people can't get any positive results while being on most healthy diets, detoxes and workouts? There is one major factor that we can all easily notice that differs these two groups - happiness and emotional maturity. When we are happy, our body can do magic and when we are sad, nothing helps, no matter how healthy we try to be. Achieving the state of fulfillment is not difficult at all and with the right help, even 30 days is enough to start enjoying life to the fullest.
Explanation to these questions comes from new holistic medicines known as psychosomatics, total biology or new german medicine but also from ancient sources like chineese and vedic medicines. For 8 years I have been using diets and detoxes to heal my body but nothing really worked for longer periods, I have tried them all and I have notice many disagreements among them. For example some diets would promote carbohydrates and sugars over eating unhealthy things like fats and vice versa other diets would promote eating only fats (ketogenic) while saying carbs are bad. The answer to these inconsistencies came after I fully understood Quantum Physics which explained the main law of physics which we know as Law of Attraction, which is all about impact of our thoughts and emotions on our reality and especially our body. Basically Quantum Physics have found a link between science and spirituality. All mentioned medicines state that our body is a reflection of our mind which means that by controlling our thoughts and emotions every disease and body imperfection can be healed. There are different types of emotional problems and they affect different body organs, in case of body weight imbalances it's all about guilt and low self-esteem, our body will automatically gain or loose weight by becoming stable emotionally, remembering our true self worth.
I used to be too fat few times in my life, struggling with a large belly but most of the time I was very skinny, even though I loved to eat a lot of everything, nevertheless it was very hard for me to get muscular, nice looking body, even though I was sporting a lot. Nowadays, things got completely opposite, my body is at the best shape ever and muscles grow very fast with minimum excersise every few days just to see how much stronger and agile I am. I still like sports but only for pleasure, same with food, I eat whatever I want, large quantities, mostly unhealthy, no water at all, haven't visited a doctor for 8 years and before that I was constantly sick. It's all about our mind and how we feel.
Why diets work or not? When we stop eating things that we know as wrong and unhealthy, we automatically stop feeling guilty about doing these things and it is only guilt that affects certain body organs like kidneys and adrenal glands which are responsible for body cleansing and processing of sugars. I discuss how emotions biologically cause diseases in other articles, but in short, it is all about celular stress that causes short circuits in nerve connections that cause fever, pain, and after prolonged periods - bleeding and other diseases of specific organs. The body produces mucus to extinguish these tensions, and its excess is called cancer. This mucus is considered to be the cause of most diseases, but in fact it is only a symptom, because everything starts in our psyche.
When we don't love ourselves (hate) then the liver is affected which is responsible for processing of fats. When these organs do not work then our body gains weight and attracts bacteria and fungus to get rid of unprocessed food. When we live in shame, lack of self acceptance all the food we eat is not ingested properly (causes diabetes) and our body becomes thin, skinny or too fat, depending on the mixture of negative emotions we feel. Shame also causes acne and other skin conditions. Additionally when our thyroid is disfunctional due to negative emotions like not being true self, not living our passion, then our bones and teeth are affected. After we know which body organs are disfuncional we can select perfect diet for our body but as I mentioned in the title we do not have to follow any diet as long as we become emotionally balanced which can be achieved by work on our psychological issues or use other techniques like meditation and many others.
Why workouts and excersises work or not? It is a very similar thing as diet cause when we do something with our body we become less guilty about doing nothing, we also gain self confidence when we gain more strenght and stamina which is a reason for muscle grow so it is a best practice to get rid of shame. Workouts are not about burning calories, besides helping us with gaining self confidence they work as meditation cause when we focus on breathing then we forget about our problems and our body immediately rebalances itself that's why we feel great after good workout (we call it "runner's high") but we get exactly the same feeling after having good, deep meditation. When we feel bad physically - workout won't bring any pleasure cause our body is already exhausted thus other kinds of relaxation and meditation will come handy. Too much workout is never good as it is no longer relaxing us but instead makes us more angry as we don't feel confortable anymore. Let's make it clear - workouts are only good when we find them pleasurable so it doesn't matter if we run, bike or just dance, clean the house or whatever - everybody has to find something perfect for themselves and only do it when it feels good.
So it's all good when we use diets and workouts to stop feeling guilty about doing nothing with our health and raising our self-esteem but in the moment when we start focusing on our life problems, which make us feel guilty again then everything usually goes back to the undesired state and we loose hope - loose belief in the workouts or healthy diets and they never work the same unless we find another new way to control our weight. Perfect solution is a combination of both, self-work - psychological work & support including most comfortable diets and workouts if we need them. We should always select those techniques, which we believe in the most, while having lots of fun in the process and if we don't see immediate results - stop and look for other ways. Help of qualified mentor is the best and fastest method because experience is the most important in every topic but it's always just help - everyone has to do their work, which doesn't have to be hard at all.
