We are back with Employee Spotlight series! Next up is Karina🌟 – Process Specialist.
Hi! I’m Karina and I have been working for TÜV Rheinland Polska since August 2018. Over these 4 years, I had a chance to take 3 different positions. All of them taught me a lot and allowed to gather valuable and useful experience.
I started as a senior accountant in a newly created AP team. My first task was to take part in a transition and migrating AP processes into the centre in Katowice. During that transition, I could not only expand my knowledge but also meet new colleagues and visit the headquarters in Cologne. When I came back to our office, I could share gained knowledge and experience with new team members and take part in process improvement and stabilization. Even though this was a very challenging period of time, I remember it with fondness and pleasure. Further, I took the position of a team coordinator.
As a coordinator, I was able to try completely new tasks and get closer to the team. Moreover, I could get involved in many interesting projects and activities. One of the projects was devoted to the implementation of the new system in AP department. The project has enriched me professionally and allowed to determine which career path I really want to take. Getting more and more involved in various activities, I became a member of project team and at the same time, I took my current position as a process specialist. My present tasks are very diverse. I train users, provide them with daily support and take part in implementation of the new system in various companies. I am very grateful to TÜV that here I found a job which gives me satisfaction and fulfilment. 🙂
