Our practice provides psychotherapy treatment for individuals, couples and groups in Polish as well as English. Both referral clients and those who look for psychotherapeutic help at their own initiative are welcomed at NEST. nally troubling issues can be explored and resolved. The effect is a noticeable improvement to everyday life’s quality. We work as much as it is possible on a short-term basis with an aim to provide noticeable help in the shortest period of time. Our Practice uses an integrative-systemic model of therapy which means that our therapists use a variety of modalities (for instance psychodynamic, humanistic, body-work, Ericksonian and cognitive), in order to tailor the treatment to clients’ individual needs.
