Recently we’ve wrapped up Lundbeck AI Days 2026 – a week full of inspiration, experimentation, hands-on sessions to help us reimagine the future.

AI at Lundbeck is no longer an experiment - it’s becoming part of how we think, work, and innovate. At the core of this shift is our ambition to become a bionic company - combining human capabilities with technology to achieve more than either alone.

GBS Krakow is playing an important role in making this real. Our teams led practical workshops on how AI tools can transform the way we work, making it more efficient and impactful.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this happen - especially the Service Excellence & Innovation team, Business Process & Systems Support team, Talent Acquisition team, and the Krakow Leadership Team for their strong support and commitment.

And this is just the beginning.

15 people gained access to psychological support – thank you for making this happen 💛

As we approach Easter – a time of hope, renewal, and compassion – we want to share something truly meaningful that we achieved together as a GBS Krakow community.

During our Spring Charity Market, over 100 colleagues came together to support Dzieło Pomocy św. Ojca Pio (the St. Padre Pio Foundation), helping people experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives.

At the market, we could choose from homemade sweets prepared by our employees, as well as handmade items created by people supported by the Foundation – including reusable shopping bags, cup coasters, bug hotels, keychains, and candles.

This support translates into real help:
👉 3 months of psychotherapy for 5 people
👉 psychiatric consultations for 10 people

The Foundation described this result as phenomenal – and it shows how much impact can come from shared intention and action.

Beyond the market itself, we had the chance to hear about the realities of homelessness and the importance of psychological support in helping people regain stability and dignity.

Easter reminds us how powerful small acts of kindness can be. This is one of those moments where, together, we truly made a difference.

Great operations are invisible when everything works. But you immediately notice when they don’t.

During our recent “Meet the Team” session at Lundbeck GBS Krakow, we discussed - What if Master Data & Treasury Operations didn’t exist?
• What if payments went to the wrong accounts?
• What if there was no clear view of cash?
• What if vendors weren’t properly verified?
• What if employees couldn’t use their corporate cards?

It may sound extreme, but these are real risks that need to be managed every day.
Master Data & Treasury Operations makes sure the company can operate safely and smoothly behind the scenes.

We did it! 🎁 All needs fulfilled for our main beneficiary through Noble Gift (Szlachetna Paczka) - and our support extended to more families.

At the heart of our fundraising was the Charity Market, turning creativity and team spirit into real help for people in need.

Bringing competitive spirit and fast-paced action into the mix, the Squash Club gathers colleagues from across teams who share a passion for high-energy workouts and friendly rivalry on the court. With regular sessions at local squash facilities, the group is already sharpening reflexes, boosting stamina, and building strong connections beyond the office walls.
