Life is like a puzzle - you need time and patience to put the pieces together to be able to see the bigger picture 📸

This is my graduation from a 6-month Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training. I had no idea why I was signing up for it, but something was telling me to do so, that I needed to do it, so I listened...

Now I slowly see why - opportunities coming to me, working with vulnerable people at my work, and having more tools to help my patients.

Wow, it's so important to listen to our inner calling.

It also reminded me how much I love to study with other people and keep deepening my knowledge in holistic medicine. There is so much more to learn. The more I know, the more I realize how much I don’t know. I have so much respect for all these ancient methods that were accessible before Western pharmaceutical medicine.

There is so much wisdom in nature and in natural ways of healing. We just need to come back to it, without constantly questioning it or needing to prove everything through tests and studies.

Forever grateful for learning all these powerful methods that will stay with me and with all the people that I will be helping on my journey 😊

✨ Happy New Year My Dear Ones ✨

I hope that 2024 treated you well. And if there were moments of feeling up and down, it's perfectly fine. It didn’t have to be perfect all the way - what’s most important is that it gave you the right lessons to move forward.

I am grateful for 2024, for all the moments I shared with others, and for the experiences and situations I encountered.

And in 2025...
I wish you to connect with yourself, your needs, your desires, and your goals.
I wish you to take steps that are important for your growth.
I wish for you to be happy, wherever you are and whatever you do.

May this New Year be full of love and new, exciting experiences and situations. May you be surrounded by your loved ones, supporting you with each step of your life.

Sometimes, we do things without knowing where they will lead us, yet we do them anyway. Do you know that feeling? 🤔

For me, yoga is one of those examples. Two years ago, I spontaneously decided to attend a yoga teacher training in Colombia, without any idea of where it might take me. And here I am now, sharing yoga in different places and bringing this beautiful practice to others.

Recently, I had the honor of leading a yoga session in Lublin at Baobab, an integration center for both locals and immigrants. Before the session, we focused on emotions during a workshop - exploring what kinds of emotions we experience and how we handle them. During the yoga practice, we stayed present with a specific emotion we chose, feeling it fully throughout the session.

Emotions, whether positive or negative, are here to teach us something. Every emotion serves a purpose and carries a lesson. The key is to observe them, be aware of them, and then let them go - without attaching to them. It’s a beautiful process to simply feel.

I wish you the courage to feel deeply. Emotions will eventually show you the way. 💛

'You have a strong desire that is intertwined with a strong fear of the unknown.

You want your desire to manifest so badly but you have no idea how it will turn out when it does. Your mind is aware of this and wants answers.

Until that happens you can experience mental conflict that will not go away without you actively trying to calm yourself down through methods such as yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.'

C H I L D B I R T H

I was honored to be part of one of the most beautiful events in life 💛

On October 1st, Laura was born. This little, 4333g newborn is the cutest human in the world, and she made me an auntie for the first time.

In Spanish, giving birth is ‘dar a luz’ which literally means ‘to give light’, isn´t it wonderful?
Imagine the entire process of human creation: 9 months spent growing in the pitch-dark, cozy, watery womb. There's nothing we need to do during that time. Everything is given to us by our mothers. There's nothing to worry about—no need to breathe, p**p, p*e, cry, or struggle. Just floating in the waters. How cozy.

It has been a challenging time for the parents and me, but it’s such a rewarding feeling to see this little baby growing and changing every single day.

Childbirth is definitely an unforgettable experience, and I will cherish this memory for a long time.

How beautiful and powerful it is what women are capable of—DAR A LUZ.

Sending a big hug and respect to all the parents who have ‘given light’ to this world.
