People escape their problems in a lot of different ways.

🔹Avoidance & Denial – Ignoring problems until
they get worse.
🔹Overworking – Using work as a distraction
instead of facing issues.
🔹Toxic Relationships – Seeking validation in
the wrong places.
🔹Risky Behavior – Gambling, reckless
spending, or anything destructive.
At the core, people escape because they feel overwhelmed, but true relief comes from facing problems rather than running from them.
