A tu czego możecie się spodziewać od strony masażowej:
Po pierwsze każda osoba, biorąca udział w wyprawie otrzymuje jeden bezpłatny 30-minutowy masaż królewski twarzy (relaksacyjno-ujędrniający)
Poza tym możecie zapisywać się na masaże dodatkowo:
- królewski masaż twarzy 60 min
- królewski masaż twarzy 30 min
- masaż twarzy Kobido 75-90 min
- tajski rytuał masażu stóp 75-90 min
Codziennie też dla chętnych będą dostępne mini-sesje warszatowe z automasażu twarzy Gua Sha i jogi twarzy. Bardzo zachęcam do udziału ponieważ przedłużają one dobroczynne działanie masaży.
Aby brać udział potrzebna jest płytka Gua Sha (koszt od 30 zł). Można zakupić samemu np w H**e albo zamówić u mnie
A poza tym dostępne będą sesje u wspaniałej chiropraktorki.

Through the NSA technique, light and delicate touches are applied on the spine, for the nervous system to be taught to re-equilibrate the functional state of the body.
NSA entrains the body to self-healing, increases your well-being and awareness of the relationship that exists between mind, body and spirit.
An “entrainment” can vary from 15 to 40 minutes depending on the necessity of the body to process the information.
The fee will be 35€ per session.
