At Carlsberg Shared Services, we’re not just brand ambassadors, we live our brands every day! And what better way to take a well-deserved break than with a scoop of pure refreshment?🍧😋

Our People got to enjoy a delicious summer treat: our favourite alcohol-free beers, reimagined as ice cream! Everyone can find a flavor they love:
🍨Karmi Mrożona Kawa – your caffeine fix, now frozen and fabulous.
🍨Okocim Mango z Marakują – tropical vibes in every bite.
🍨Garage Berries & Passion fruit Euphoriq – pure summer euphoria, one scoop at a time.

These small but meaningful moments remind us why we do what we do. They deepen our relationships and strengthen our connection to the brands we proudly represent. 💚

At Carlsberg Group, diversity, equity, and inclusion aren't just values — they're deeply held beliefs that form the foundation of our culture. They shape how we lead, collaborate, and build a workplace where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to be themselves. This June, we embraced Come As You Are Month, deepening our commitment to DE&I across CSS.

Come As You Are has served as a platform to elevate awareness, challenge norms, and reinforce behaviors that build an even more welcoming and high-performing culture. Throughout the month, our People engaged in a series of immersive experiences.

Inclusive Leadership Training empowered leaders to cultivate psychological safety and foster more equitable decision-making.💡Sessions on neurodiversity deepened our understanding of neurodivergence and explored how thoughtful design supports focus and comfort for all minds.🧠 Family Day invited loved ones to explore our new office and see where we work and create.😃 Mateusz Sulwiński from the Stonewall Group shared invaluable perspectives on LGBTQ+ equality and the importance of everyday allyship in and beyond the workplace.🏳️‍🌈

On top of that, CSS proudly showcased its inclusive new office design, built with purpose: quiet zones, sensory-friendly spaces, and mother’s rooms — all tangible expressions of our belief that physical space shapes psychological inclusion.

The month culminated in the Come As You Are Bar, a celebration of authenticity, connection, and shared progress with a healthy dose of DE&I knowledge, Carlsberg refreshments, and joy.🥳

Therese Grytten Gustavsen, Head of CSS and Business Operations, says, "Come as you are" isn't just a phrase, but a strong personal belief that when people feel safe being themselves, amazing things happen. We collaborate better, we lead with greater empathy and compassion, and in the end, we perform better. This is the culture and values we live by in CSS, not only in June but every day of the year."💚

As we move forward, we remain committed to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into every corner of our business because when everyone feels seen, valued, and supported, we all thrive! 🚀

As part of Come As You Are Month, leaders across Carlsberg Shared Services participated in the "Leading Inclusively" workshop, a hands-on training designed to deepen inclusive leadership skills and foster more equitable workplaces.

Building on previous unconscious bias sessions, the workshop introduced the "6 Cs" of inclusive leadership: Curiosity, Cultural Intelligence, Collaboration, Consciousness of Bias, Courage, and Commitment. Through scenario-based challenges and interactive exercises, leaders explored ways to embed DE&I into their everyday actions, from asking for feedback, diversifying their go-to collaborators, and building reflection time into their schedules.

A key takeaway is that Inclusive leadership doesn’t happen by chance. It requires awareness, effort, and a dedication to continuous learning. We're proud to see our leaders committed to this journey.

As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), CSS has been actively engaging in neurodiversity-focused initiatives that go beyond awareness. They are active efforts to educate, empower, and drive lasting, inclusive change across our organization — all as part of our commitment to Come As You Are month.

Recently, we hosted two powerful sessions that deepened our understanding of neuroatypical experiences and how we can create more inclusive environments.

"Neuroatypicality in Adults" with Paulina Gołaska-Ciesielska explored how conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and high sensitivity shape communication, focus, and productivity. We gained eye-opening insights into how neurodivergent individuals perceive and interact with the world, from sensory sensitivities to unique strengths in creativity and pattern recognition.

The second webinar, "Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace," led by our colleague Agnieszka Wójtowicz, took us further into the psychology of physical space. We discussed how lighting, noise, textures, and even color schemes can significantly impact the comfort and performance of neurodivergent employees. These often-overlooked elements can be the difference between stress and success.

These sessions made it clear that neurodiversity in the workplace is a broad and still emerging topic, with many layers yet to explore. From spatial design to sensory sensitivity, we’re just beginning to understand the full impact these factors have on different minds. To truly create an inclusive and high-performing work environment, we must continue learning, questioning, and broadening our understanding!

Last week, we raised our glasses and our spirits at the second edition of the “Come As You Are” Bar! 🍻

As part of Come As You Are Month, this gathering was more than an event; it was a reflection of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In a world that moves fast, taking time to honor each other’s identities and lived experiences is a powerful act. And when we do it together, it brings us closer as colleagues and as people.

From a DE&I-themed pub quiz that tested our knowledge and an interactive AI photobooth to sharing laughter over snacks and refreshing Carlsberg beers, we created space to connect, learn, and celebrate what makes each of us different and equal. It reminded us that inclusion isn’t a checkbox, it’s culture. It showed that when we show up as we are, we all thrive.😊

Here’s to embracing who we are and building a workplace where everyone belongs. 💚

As part of our Come As You Are Month — a celebration of diversity, equity, and inclusion — our office came alive last Friday during CSS Family Day, a joyful gathering that brought together employees and their loved ones in an atmosphere of connection, creativity, and community.

This year’s Family Day held extra meaning, as it was the first in our newly renovated, inclusive space — a place designed to welcome everyone just as they are. The air buzzed with laughter, curiosity, and play as kids (and quite a few grown-ups!) explored our new game room, complete with a PlayStation, arcade classics, ping pong, table football, and shuffleboard. 🎮⚽️

Activities reflected the rich tapestry of who we are. From making friendship bracelets and LEGO jewelry to designing personalized pins and magnets, our little artists expressed themselves freely. A vibrant animator-led zone kept the energy high, while guests recharged with tasty bites, refreshing lemonades, and plenty of fresh fruit. 🍋🍓

A highlight of the day was the AI photobooth experience — where children could reimagine themselves as ancient Egyptians, astronauts, wizards, or their favorite characters. This sparked wide-eyed wonder and reminded us of the beauty of imagining a world without limits.✨

Thank you to everyone who came and helped us celebrate what makes us unique — and united. Your presence and joy made the day unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to our next chance to come together and celebrate every part of who we are.💚

As part of the global health and safety agenda, Carlsberg Shared Services people came together to prioritize well-being, safety, and resilience — both at work and in life. This meaningful initiative was planned and delivered by Paulina Dykier, our Health & Safety Lead. The annual Health & Safety Week included a number of onsite webinars and training sessions in which CSS employees actively participated.

We started the week with a morning yoga session, practicing together to calm the mind, energize the body, and set a positive intention for the day ahead.

Later, in the Psychological Safety workshop, we explored how trust and openness foster growth and innovation, and examined ways to create environments where people feel safe to speak up.

The Restore Your Nervous System session introduced powerful tools to shift from "fight or flight" into deep rest and recovery.

From Pediatric BLS, injury management, burn care, and AED use, to responding at traffic accident scenes — our emergency response workshops empowered us to step in and save lives.

We wrapped up the week with dual Office Security sessions: one was a calm, lecture-based overview of safety procedures; the other was a high-intensity, hands-on simulation for real-world crisis response.

Thank you to all who participated with courage, curiosity, and care. Together, we’re building a safer, healthier workplace — one breath, one skill, one action at a time.

Last week Carlsberg Shared Services had the honor to participate in the 3rd edition of the Hybrid Job Fair for People with (Dis)abilities organized by Rockwool GBS! Together with 13 other companies, we made a shared commitment to promoting diversity by highlighting individual needs and requirements and emphasizing the importance of equal opportunities for all employees.

AS DE&I is at the heart of everything we do and how we operate at CSS we strongly believe it’s crucial to foster open conversations and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. With our move to the new office, we sustain an inclusive space that supports the work and development of individuals with special needs.

This event was not only about recruitment — it was about listening, learning, and actively working to remove barriers. Throughout the day, the TAA team had the pleasure of speaking with candidates and offering individual CV consultations. During an open lecture, Natalia Lemanowicz and Klaudia Chmielak shared their expertise on how to create a strong CV and what common mistakes to avoid.

We sincerely thank all the companies, participants, speakers, and everyone involved in making this initiative possible one more time.
See you next year!

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting another inspiring Townhall meeting, made even more special with a visit from our Chief HR Officer, Susanne Skippari!

A big part of the session was dedicated to what matters most: our People. Susa shared her valuable insights related to the Growth Culture values and also deep-dived into Carlsberg Group's DE&I roadmap. This brought us all to self-reflection on how each of us — individually and as a team can contribute to building an inclusive and empowering workplace.

We also shared updates on the upcoming MyVoice Engagement survey, gave the final update on the Office Project (yes, we're still buzzing from the move!), and wrapped it all up with a lively Q&A session.

Meetings like these are more than just updates — they’re moments to connect, reflect, and align across the entire organization.

Thanks to everyone who joined! We are looking forward to seeing you at the next one!

Last week, Carlsberg Shared Services, represented by Monika Król, Head of WE Indirect Tax Operations, had the pleasure of delivering an open lecture at the Poznań University of Economics and Business on the topic “Internal outsourcing and standardization of processes in the capital group on the example of tax compliance services at Carlsberg.”

The session was designed to be both informative and interactive. Monika began by sharing Carlsberg’s rich history heritage, later making a small introduction to our operational practices. Students then participated in a short quiz to test their knowledge, followed by hands-on workshops facilitated with the help of Jacek Politowicz, Tax Specialist, and Jakub Sarbok, Jr Tax Specialist, that encouraged insightful discussions and active engagement.😃

This initiative is a great example of how we invest in the employer branding by building connections with young talents. It also provided an excellent platform to showcase Carlsberg and CSS as an innovative and attractive place to work — opening the door for future career opportunities with us.🤩

We look forward to continuing our collaboration with academic institutions to inspire and attract the next generation of professionals!

We’re beyond excited to share that Carlsberg Shared Services has officially moved into our brand-new office at Nowy Rynek in Poznań!

This move represents so much more than just a change of address. It’s a bold step forward in our journey — a powerful symbol of growth, ambition, and our long-term commitment to thriving in Poznań and the Wielkopolska region. We’re opening a new chapter filled with fresh energy, new possibilities, and an environment built to inspire. 🤩

None of this would have been possible without the incredible dedication, hard work, and support of everyone involved in making this dream a reality. From planning and design to logistics and last-minute details, thank you for your incredible support and effort. You made this happen!👏

We were also honored to have special guests join us to share in this delightful moment: Jacek Jaśkowiak, mayor of the city of Poznań from the Invest in Poznań, Krzysztof Wierzchowski, Senior Vice President of Franklin Templeton, and L**h Gniady, Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Our new office is a space designed for connection, creativity, and collaboration — a place where ideas flow, partnerships form, and great things happen. It also gives us a unique chance to work even closer with other companies and Shared Services located in Nowy Rynek.🤝

We can’t wait to see how this new space helps us grow — together, stronger than ever!

Welcome home, team.💚
