This June, we embraced Come As You Are Month, deepening our commitment to DE&I across CSS.
Come As You Are has served as a platform to elevate awareness, challenge norms, and reinforce behaviors that build an even more welcoming and high-performing culture. Throughout the month, our People engaged in a series of immersive experiences.
Inclusive Leadership Training empowered leaders to cultivate psychological safety and foster more equitable decision-making.💡Sessions on neurodiversity deepened our understanding of neurodivergence and explored how thoughtful design supports focus and comfort for all minds.🧠 Family Day invited loved ones to explore our new office and see where we work and create.😃 Mateusz Sulwiński from the Stonewall Group shared invaluable perspectives on LGBTQ+ equality and the importance of everyday allyship in and beyond the workplace.🏳️🌈
On top of that, CSS proudly showcased its inclusive new office design, built with purpose: quiet zones, sensory-friendly spaces, and mother’s rooms — all tangible expressions of our belief that physical space shapes psychological inclusion.
The month culminated in the Come As You Are Bar, a celebration of authenticity, connection, and shared progress with a healthy dose of DE&I knowledge, Carlsberg refreshments, and joy.🥳
