Miałam marzenie — podróżować po świecie i dzielić się pasją do życia, tańca i Biodanzy.
Dziś mogę oficjalnie powiedzieć, że jestem Didactą Biodanzy.
To znaczy, że mogę uczyć metody, która wniosła tak wiele w moje życie — dzięki której mogę być w pełni sobą.
Mogę nieść dalej tę iskrę, pasję i wiedzę.
Biodanza tworzy przestrzeń transformacji i regeneracji — na poziomie biologicznym, emocjonalnym i egzystencjalnym.
To właśnie o mechanizmach jej działania pisałam moją pracę (po hiszpańsku 😉).
Jestem dumna z bycia częścią tego systemu — z dumą i prosto z serca chcę pomagać, by dotarła do serc wszystkich, którzy pragną świecić swoim wyjątkowym światłem.

I had a dream: to travel around the world and share my passion for life, dance, and Biodanza.
Today I can officially say that I am a Biodanza Didacta.
This means that I can teach the method that has brought so much into my life — the one that has helped me become truly myself.
I can now carry this spark, this passion, and this knowledge forward.
Biodanza creates a space for transformation and regeneration — on biological, emotional, and existential levels.
It was precisely about the mechanisms of this process that I wrote my thesis (in Spanish! 😉).
I am proud to be part of this system — and with pride and from the heart, I want to help it reach the hearts of all those who wish to shine with their unique light.
