Let us introduce you to our Tool of the Week: Light & Heavy.
In simplest form, what is true makes you feel lighter. A lie makes you feel heavier.
You can apply this to EVERYTHING in your life.
When you think about doing something and it makes you lighter to think about doing it, that’s the energy of the result that will get created.
Please note, it’s the ENERGY of the result, it’s not about predicting the details of the result.
What’s fascinating about this tool is that everyone has their own sense of what “light” and “heavy” feels like to them.
For example, lightness could feel effervescent or like the space around you opens up. And heaviness could feel like your stomach drops or the space around you contracts.
This is nowhere near an exhaustive list of what it could be for you. You have to play and ask and see what you become aware of.
Every time you do, you will learn more about what the sense of lightness and heaviness is for you.
A great place to start exploring this tool if you are brand new, is with “smaller” choices, like choosing food or even clothes.
The next time you go to grab a snack or pick an outfit, take a moment (and it really only takes a moment-energy is fast!) and notice what you become aware of with the choices you have.
This is the closest thing to an inner guidance system that can totally change your life.

Instead, if you would choose the things that felt lighter when you thought about doing them, you wouldn’t have to be embroiled in the heaviness to bring lightness; you could just BE the lightness.
