😺 Do you need a Holiday?

🐶 We invite everyone who wants to connect more with themselves and take a break from their everyday routines to the “Home Sweet Holiday” workshop. In other words, it is an opportunity to experience the effects of a holiday in a matter of hours.

🐶 The workshop is ideal for those who want to enjoy a few hours of relaxation, connection, creativity, and sharing without having to travel far.

😺 The title “Home Sweet Holiday” implies that we all can give ourselves a holiday-like experience by returning to our source, home, and ourselves.

🐶 The event includes a guided self-reflective exercise, a gentle yoga and meditation session, and canvas painting. Participants will take home some key insights, tools, and personal souvenirs. At the end of the workshop, there will be food for everyone and time for a chat.

😺 The workshop will be led by Carla Ortuño Guendell, from Spain and Costa Rica. Carla is a transpersonal therapist and yoga instructor living in Warsaw for over six years.

🐶 Warsztat poprowadzi Carla Ortuño Guendell z Hiszpanii i Kostaryki. Carla jest terapeutką transpersonalną i instruktorką jogi mieszkającą w Warszawie od ponad sześciu lat.
