🌀 How words shape inner experience 🕊️

The words we use—especially with ourselves—are not neutral.
They carry energy. They leave a mark.

A single word can soothe the nervous system, or stir old pain.
Some words build bridges. Others create walls.

✨ "I'm safe."
✨ "It's not my fault."
✨ "I have the right to want this."
—Try saying them slowly. Notice what shifts inside.

Language carves pathways in our inner world.
Sometimes those paths were laid down by others—parents, teachers, ancestors.
Sometimes we walk them for years, not realizing they don’t lead where we want to go.

Systemic constellations help us hear the hidden language of the system:
the unsaid, the passed down, the silently obeyed.
And they help us begin to speak in new ways—truthfully, gently, powerfully.

I like my intuition, even though sometimes I fail to hear it. 🙉 But when I do listen, it guides me clearly. 🌟

Sometimes, it’s worth reminding ourselves how it works and how to reconnect with it—especially when life feels hectic and rushed. In those moments, it’s easy to 🙈 overlook or ignore our intuition. But it’s always there. Whispering in our ear. Gently stirring our heart. Like subtle whispers of our soul. The question is—do we hear them?

This course helped me restore my connection with myself, allowing me to stand more firmly in my own presence, ground and strengthen myself from within.

Your life is like a river, shaped by the currents of your ancestors.
They all came before you:
your two parents,
four grandparents,
eight great grandparents,
sixteen great great grandparents,
thirty two great great great grandparents,
sixty four great great great great grandparents,
one hundred and twenty eight great great great great great grandparents…

Imagine all those stories and experiences,
dreams and ambitions,
loves and disappointments,
conflicts and solutions,
choices and decisions,
happiness and tragedy,
fortunes and misfortunes…

You are the fruit of all this, and all this accumulates in you.

How does that legacy feel?
Liberating, light and loving or heavy, hard and Herculean?
What does it fill you with: calm, peace, confidence, gratitude, abundance, love or discomfort, fear, challenge, strain, grind, complication?

We’re all a continuation of their stories. They live in us. Whether we feel grateful for or burdened by this realisation, or yet both, the legacy may manifest in various ways.

Regardless, you’re alive, and successfully at that, if you’re reading this.
