Yoga offers us countless gifts.
It soothes our nervous system and helps us unwind. It invites restful sleep, supports healthy digestion, and quiets the restless mind. Yoga sharpens our focus, teaches us patience, and builds both physical and inner strength. It makes us more aware of every moment.

Yes, all this and more is true.

But beyond all these wonderful benefits, the heart of yoga calls us to something deeper.
The ultimate aim of yoga is to awaken us to our true Essence鈥攖he purest part of ourselves.

It doesn鈥檛 matter which doorway you choose to enter through: dynamic movement, gentle restorative flows, mindful breathing, or quiet meditation. All paths lead to the same destination.

Once we realise this, every practice simply becomes a tool鈥攁 way to guide us home to our true self.

Last weekend was a very important celebration of our daughters, so the whole family gathered to be together for this important time. Congratulations to my beauties for completing her A levels and to for completing her IGSCS exams. It was a really stressful time for both of the girls but they have put a lot of effort and I am sure the results will be great. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to change your school system so far along your academic journey but I think it was the best devision. I am so proud seeing how you have grown and how well you are doing. I hope you are also very proud of yourselves.Great job girls. Love you very much鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍
