I have also graduated from a School of Integrative Nutrition to be able to extend the support even more to diet and
overall lifestyle. I started my own Health Coaching Business Boost by Kasia Gendis that brings all that I have learned on my path together to help other women handle stress and their life challenges with more equanimity and ease. In my everyday work as a Health Coach I help women who suffer from chronic stress, burnout and anxieties to learn how to switch off stress, in order to sleep better, breathe better, live better, have more energy and lose weight. control over their life by taking into account their bio-individuality,
- group and individual yoga sessions. Kasia is also a certified Manasa Yoga teacher. She has started her yoga journey in 2001 with Manoj Kaimal, founder of Manasa Yoga in Malaysia, where she practiced with her guru for 3 years before undergoing a Teacher鈥檚 Training.
