Pelvic floor muscle exercises are beneficial in helping improve bladder control. Strengthening your pelvic floor can reduce or stop leakage of urine 🚺

A study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of telemedical system for remote pelvic floor muscle training among women with symptoms of stress urinary incontinence and without symptoms. Patients were trained for 12 weeks at home under the supervision of medical staff, who systematically analyzed the progress of exercises in the telemedicine portal and gave guidance.

After remote rehabilitation with the use of telemedicine, in women from the test group with symptoms of urinary incontinence, there was a significant reduction or complete elimination of symptoms of stress urinary incontinence. Greater awareness, increased strength, endurance and control of muscle tone were observed. All women were satisfied with remote exercises of pelvic floor muscle and telemedical system due to time savings and the possibility of exercising in intimate home conditions, but under the care of a specialist.

Telemedicine solutions can facilitate access to rehabilitation for women with pelvic floor dysfunctions. Learn how to implement telerehabilitation system for pelvic floor muscle training and increase your patient’s motivation and involvement in the treatment process. Become a PelviCoach and help your patients in improving their pelvic floor muscle!

Did you know that women wait 9️⃣ years on average until they decide to start treating their urinary incontinence❓

They ignore symptoms like minimal urine leakage during picking up their babies or running. This means women waste a lot of time they could actually use to their benefit – to prevent and treat urinary incontinence with pelvic floor muscles training! ‍♀️

What are the barriers to beginning treatment?

➡️ Shame – preventing women from consulting a specialist
➡️ A belief that symptoms of urinary incontinence are a ‘normal’ condition related to age and/or pregnancy
➡️ A belief that symptoms are only temporary
➡️The lack of knowledge about the available treatment methods – and bad experience with them.

Most women try to alleviate the effects of the symptoms of urinary incontinence without the help of a specialist, sometimes resorting to methods detrimental to their health. Pelvic floor muscles training and biofeedback are vital and beneficial to urinary incontinence prevention and treatment 🦋

Share your experience with the barriers women face when dealing with urinary incontinence on our Kegel Ninja World group! ✍️ (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1291921877638753/)

Exercises of pelvic floor muscle are gentle, so relax and contract them calmly.
Let us explain how 😊

Let's start!🔥
1️⃣Try to clench and lift the muscles. Imagine you have inserted a tampon, which you are pulling out by the string, and at the same time, you are trying to stop it from moving, using your pelvic muscles.
2️⃣You should feel a gentle clench and lifting of your pelvic floor. Imagine that you want to move the muscles up and closer to the navel.

3️⃣During the training sessions, you shouldn't involve other parts of the body. Control it by putting your hand on the buttock, thigh or over the navel. In those places, you shouldn't feel the work of other muscles.

Don't worry if the beginning is not easy. Ours physiotherapists will support you so that you can reach your goal!
Pelvic floor muscles are not easy to exercise correctly. Very often we don't know if we're making a contraction and if we manage to do so, there is a problem with proper muscle relaxation, or with grading the strength.

Trainings with PelviFly telecare system start with a muscle test. On the basis of the analysis of the maximum contraction strength, we will plan trainings which will set tasks for you at an optimum level and step by step will help you become Kegel Ninja 🙂

Perhaps, the first time you found out about the exercises of pelvic floor muscle, you didn't know how to start. A lot of women simply don't know about them, and the important role they play.
Great, let's start!🦋 Since you are equipped with this knowledge, you can use it to improve your satisfaction with s*x 😉

Regular training strengthens your muscles and regulates their tension. They are better supplied with blood and have better nerve stimulation. Thanks to that, feel them better.

Some women feel a pleasant s*xual tension while tightening the muscles around the urethra and cl****is. Do you, too? Perhaps, after the exercises, you feel a desire for s*x?

While exercising, not only do you increase the awareness of your own body, and improve its feeling, but you can also learn how to activate the muscles during in*******se. How could you do that? 😊

„PelviFly works well in diagnostics and improving patient awareness. It gives them real information on what endurance is, what it means to push or not to push, what happens if they use abdominal or gluteal muscles during pelvic floor muscle training. Palpation diagnosis provides the physiotherapist with valuable information about a patient’s pelvic floor function, but this information is not as easily accessible to the patient. Therefore, during visits, I perform a PelviFly muscle test with the device and the mobile application. Often the patient is convinced that they are performing the pelvic floor muscle training correctly. Thinking that they have no problems with muscle contraction strength, endurance or relaxation, thanks to the application and visualization of muscle activity on the phone screen, they have a tangible proof because they see how their muscles really work and gain knowledge of what they should work on,” says urogynecological physiotherapist Anna Lech-Adamczyk.

We want all women to feel feminine again

My name is doctor Ula Herman. I set up PelviFly in order to support women in training their pelvic floor muscles. As a mother of a young child, as a businesswoman, and as a scientist, I know perfectly well how hard it is to find time and motivation for regular exercise.

These exercises in particular are incredibly important for each of us! Irrespective of the goal of your exercises, I’m glad that you're holding the application in your hand and that you are ready to learn with us 💪

My research, which focused on a group of women suffering from urinary incontinence, found that these women had put off seeing a doctor for many years.

👉 If this problem concerns you too, please don't stop at education, but take action now! Don't put off a visit at the doctor's as your health is in your hands.
