The mandibular first premolar is notoriously deceptive. Often referred to as the "Enigma, "as we discussed before, it frequently presents with a "fast break," a sharp apical bifurcation into a Type V or IX Vertucci configuration deep in the apical third. Traditionally, negotiating these abrupt splits requires time-consuming scouting with pre-curved manual K-files (06/08/10) to avoid ledging or blocking the canal.

This case (Tooth #29) demonstrates that with advanced metallurgy, we can bypass the manual scouting phase entirely. Using the Timeless Endodontics Manual-Less Protocol, this full RCT was completed in just 32 minutes (10:07 AM – 10:39 AM).
