Sometimes to gain new results we need to get rid of old beliefs. Follow me into this practice of Warrior II position (which in the beginning of my practicing yoga around 2010 I found VERY HARD, almost unbearable 🙊😂 now look how things change 😜).

The BENEFITS of a right (it’s when you know from an inner feeling) & balanced performance of WARRIOR II (originally in Sanskrit VIRABHADRASANA II):

For beginners, Warrior II is a great pose for stretching the back and legs when they are tight due to being new to yoga. This pose prepares the practitioner to do the advanced forward bends.
