I am so privileged being able to attend the International Congress in London with generous speakers. Especially, seeing my hero, vital and vivid, Professor Irvin Yalom at the age of 87 in a video meeting:)
Very impressive to watch all inspirational speakers sharing there approach in ‘Attachment & Trauma and Personal Development & Psychotherapy’, with many years of experiences and new information in neuroscience, greatly presented by Dr Louis Cozolino.
Such an honourly occupation of being a Gestalt Psychotherapist where we give people hope back in healing by creating safety, calmness and connectedness in relation to oneself and others in the world.
And a bonus to meet my friends:)!

Last Wednesday, a smaller group from professional international network -Here we are Poland- gathered for the deep dive session: Lead with Your Full Potential.

It was a powerful session, and many thoughts and experiences were shared. A big thank you to Jacqueline Straathof, my co-leader and friend and those who joined the session with sharing not so easy emotions that we can experience and makes us feel limited and not be in charge of our lives.

I appreciate so much the comments we received:

Soooo exciting to attend 'Congress Sexuality & Relationships' in Rome, Italy. Getting the chance to meet the founder of Emotional Focused Therapy, Sue Johnson who claims that EFT & S*X are natural partners because it emphasizes on availabity, emotional responsiveness and engagement where s*x is a potent bonding experience, which naturally promotes bonding by oxytocine.
And of course a treat to meet all the other well known international experts in this fascinating field and seeing my colleagues from Sweden

Still suffering from a Polish virus (that's what happened when I newly arrived to our new place of living:)) with a cough that sounds like a sealion, flying back home from Stockholm after a day working at Turning Point.
A day where I was bringing the connection back to couples, who were considering separation.
