The online course of the Open University of the University of Warsaw where
You will learn:
- MUSCLE BALANCE - What to stretch and what to strengthen
- HEART RATE AND BLOOD PRESSURE - How to find your heart zone
- DIETS - When, what, and how much to eat to reduce body fat and build muscle
- BODY COMPOSITION - How to measure and control body fat
- EFFECT OF NUTRITION - What to eat before, during, and after training
- WORKOUT PLAN - What is the optimal workout program for injury-free training
You will practice:
-MUSCULAR IMBALANCE ASSESSMENTS - Posture assessments and Movement assessments (Overhead squat, push-ups, shoulder movements, gait)
-PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS - Muscular endurance of the upper body, primarily the pushing muscles; agility and neuromuscular control; legs power; speed, explosion, and body control; acceleration and deceleration; the one-rep maximum and overall upper body strength of the pressing musculature; the one-rep maximum and overall lower body strength.
This course is for people of any level of fitness.
