Therapeutic breathwork provides access to deeper inner experiences. It is influenced by techniques such as Rebirthing, Holotropic Breathwork, and trauma therapy, while also drawing from ancient practices that have been used throughout history.
During the session, a variety of experiences may arise—ranging from intense to gentle—allowing the practitioner to fully embrace whatever emerges in order to return to a state of flow, vitality, and inner peace. The breath helps process emotional and physical pain, offering a fresh perspective on these challenges.
The session includes an explanation of the technique, movement, guided visualization, breathing, and relaxation. Most parts of the session will be conducted with eyes closed under the supervision of experienced facilitators.
