Last week, we had an important anniversary that we celebrated with not one, but TWO cakes - the traditional one 🍰 and the vegan one. 🌱🎂

But this wasn't just about cake and candles. We wanted to reflect on a year of living our Stepstone Values and how they've shaped our identity. Who are we today? What are we striving for? 🌟💭

To make this reflection tangible, we introduced a game: "The 7 Jars of Values". We have seven core values, each represented by a different colored note. 🌈 Everyone was invited to pick their favorite value, write a short message on the corresponding colored paper, and drop it into the jar. And of course, claim a well-deserved slice of cake! 🍰🥄

This exercise allowed us to share our thoughts and see which value resonates the most with our team. It was heartwarming to see the jars filling up with colorful notes, each representing personal connections to our values. 💙💙

July has been a rollercoaster of excitement in the volleyball universe! 🏐🔥 With the men's team grabbing gold 🥇 in the Nations League and the women's team securing a beautiful bronze 🥉, the sport is truly on fire! Among this buzz, we’re thrilled to give you a snapshot of our very own incredible StepStone team.

In the chilling depths of Winter 2023, we battled against 8 teams to claim the 2nd spot in the 1st League. 🥈🏆 The spring welcomed us into a more challenging league, the competition was wild, and although we couldn't maintain our rank, our spirit remained unbroken. 🔄💖

As the sun shines bright ☀️, we now dive into the sandy courts of beach volleyball. 🏖️ But as the leaves begin to fall 🍂 in September, we will march back to the indoor court 🏢, ready for weekly duels in the Let's Go League.

We believe in our journey 🛤️, our growth, and most importantly, in each other. 👫👭👬 Your incredible support and enthusiasm mean the world to us. 🌎💙 So here's to the cheers 📣, the suspense 😱, and the shared joy of the game. 🎉
